Admin Login Crisis Resources Weather Updates Traffic Reports Public News Employee Area Emergency Site Map Home/Action Plan JMH Home		FIRE ALARM DOCUMENTATION   To provide proper documentation for each response to a fire alarm activation for patient care areas. SECTION 2:  PROCEDURE A separate  Fire Alarm Response Report will be completed by the SNF charge nurse or designee, each time the fire alarm is activated.  The person conducting the fire drill will complete a report for the drill response area. After a fire drill or actual event, the completed Response Reports will be given to the Safety Manager.   The Safety Manager will review each report for any problems and will log the areas responding and any corrective actions required. The Safety Manager will report any abnormal findings to the Safety & Environment of Care Committee.
